The maximum number of people allowed on our boats varies depending on the size and type of boat. Our largest boats can accommodate up to 13 passengers. You do have the option of booking more than one boat
Yes, swimming is allowed during the charter. We provide all necessary safety equipment and our captain will ensure that all passengers follow proper safety protocols.

Refunds are generally refunded to the same method of payment the next business day or within 3 business days of initiating the process.
There is 100% refund if done in a timely fashion. Then afterwards their is a breakdown of it for cancellations closer to your charter date. This is explained to you once you book and sent to your email address.
Please note we do not take any funds other than through Stripe to process your credit card information with a secure online payment system.
